The following terms govern the commission, fabrication, and acquisition of VividSteel works. By engaging our studio, you acknowledge the intersection of artistic intuition and industrial precision defined herein.
01. Commission & Deposits
All custom works require a non-refundable commencement deposit as specified in the Gallery. This deposit secures your position in the fabrication queue and initiates material procurement.
Final balances are due upon completion of the piece and prior to shipment or installation.
02. Material Evolution
VividSteel utilizes living finishes. Corten steel, copper, and certain stainless alloys are designed to evolve based on environmental exposure.
Natural variations in patina, texture, and structural grain are not considered defects, but rather the unique "Curatorial DNA" of each individual piece.
03. Design Rights
VividSteel retains all intellectual property rights to designs, sketches, and 3D models generated during the commission process, including custom variations.
The client is granted a perpetual license to display the physical work but may not reproduce the design for commercial gain without explicit written consent.
04. Delivery & Structural Integrity
Logistics costs, including crating and freight, are calculated at the time of completion. The client is responsible for ensuring the installation site meets the structural tolerances provided in our technical specifications.
